Bayelsa United have concluded plans to unveil a new technical adviser for the 2026-27 season, DAILY POST reports.
The Prosperity Girls is expected to unveil the new tactician on Thursday, July 16.
The new coach will replace Meremu Okara who was sacked following the club’s relegation last season.
The appointment comes as the Prosperity Boys prepare for life in the Nigeria National League, NNL.
The new gaffer will be tasked with leading Bayelsa United’s immediate push for promotion back to the top- flight.
DAILY POST recalls that the Bayelsa State government recently appointed a new management team for the club.
