Former Falconets winger, Flourish Chioma Sabastine has sealed a move to Portuguese women’s champions Benfica, DAILY POST reports.

 Sabastine put pen to paper on a three-year contract with Benfica. The club have the option to extend the agreement for another season.

The 21-year-old left Turkish champions Fenerbahçe at the end of last season following the expiration of her contract.

The versatile winger has also previously played for Stade Reims, and Galatasaray.

Sabastine won three Nigeria Women Football League, NWFL, titles with Bayelsa Queens before moving abroad.

She represented Nigeria at the 2022 and 2024 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cups.
