Kun Khalifat will commence preparation for the 2026/27 Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, season on Monday, 6 July, DAILY POST reports.
The club made the announcement in a statement on Wednesday.
The Owerri-based club said the resumption marks the start of pre-season for the new campaign.
According to the statement, all registered players are expected to report promptly to the training ground and be fully prepared to commence activities as scheduled.
Kun Khalifat called on players, coaching staff and personnel to demonstrate professionalism, commitment, discipline and dedication throughout the preparation.
Obinna Uzoho’s side are expected to recruit more new signings following the departure of their key players this summer.
