Love Island USA fans are calling on the show to remove one of the new Casa Amor bombshells from the cast after resurfaced video appears to show her saying a racial slur.

Alannah Keyser, a 21-year-old film student, was introduced during Sunday’s episode as one of the six new girls brought in for the hit dating show’s famous Casa Amor twist, which was meant to shake up the relationships that have been established in the three weeks of season eight so far.

But just hours after audiences saw Keyser dressed in an angel costume while she flirted with the boys in Fiji, a 10-second undated video began circulating on social media that appeared to show her mouthing the N-word as she sang along to lyrics at a Miami party.

The origins of the video remain unclear, but the backlash was swift. Allegations against Keyser escalated further with screenshots emerging that allegedly show Keyser using the N-word in conversations online.

As fans demand that Peacock remove Keyser from the show — like they did most recently with Vasana Montgomery, who was kicked out of the villa days before this season’s premiere when video emerged of her using a racial slur — criticism has mounted even more after fans of the show pointed out that during the episode, Keyser refused to kiss KC, Corbin and Sincere, the three Black contestants, but kissed the other three cast members.

One fan wrote on X: “Nah I’m sorry that Alannah chick has GOT to go. She was straight up racist to the black guys during that challenge. That’s a fact. She has to go ! I was legit uncomfortable and it made me emotional. Like she’s one of those white people. Gross.”

“There have been folks who used slurs in their past,” another said. “But Alannah not only did that, she’s also refusing to engage with the men of color the same way she does with the white men. It’s blatant racism. And it’s not fair to subject the Islanders or the viewers to that.”

One person wrote on Reddit: “Are the casting directors just terrible at their job or is it a rite of passage to be a bigot???”

Keyser’s potential exit from the show would make her the fourth person in the last year to be removed from Love Island USA due to resurfaced evidence of them using a racial slur.

Although online rumors insist that Keyser has been removed from the show ahead of Monday night’s episode, Peacock has not confirmed any change to the casting yet, and fans will have to wait until further episodes air to learn whether or not she has been given the boot.
