JD and Usha Vance celebrate birth of baby boy
- Vice President JD Vance and his wife Usha have announced the birth of their fourth child, a baby boy.
- “We are excited to announce that our baby boy, Alec Neel Vance, was born this morning,” the Vances wrote in a joint statement. “Usha and the baby are happy and healthy, and our kids are overjoyed to meet their little brother.”
- The statement continued, “The incredible military doctors and staff members of Walter Reed Medical Center and the White House Medical Unit have been a blessing. We are deeply thankful for all they have done for our family.”
- The Vances were flooded with support, with hundreds of people congratulating them on the birth of their baby boy.
- His birth is historic as he is the first child born to a sitting VP in more than 150 years.
