At least two people were spotted hanging a flag from the upper tier of the Empire State Building on Wednesday.

The figures were observed near the top of the Midtown Manhattan landmark with a large banner reading, “when the power of love beats the love of power the world knows peace,” the New York Post reported.

One of the people has been identified as Angela Nikolau, a prominent rooftop climber and star of the Netflix documentary “Skywalkers: A Love Story.”

Nikolau documented the climb on her Instagram account, posting a video to her story from the top of the skyscraper showing views across Manhattan. A subsequent post on her story featured a reposted video filmed by an observer on the ground, which captured her waving from the upper structure of the building.

New York City police and building security responded to the scene. Helicopters were also seen circling the building and filming.
