Pam Bondi recovering after being diagnosed with thyroid cancer: report
Trump’s intelligence chief Tulsi Gabbard quits citing husband’s cancer diagnosis
Pam Bondi, a former Attorney General, was diagnosed with thyroid cancer shortly after President Donald Trump removed her from the Justice Department, according to an Axios report.
She has undergone treatment for the disease and is currently recovering, according to reports confirmed by a White House official.
Katie Miller, wife of White House deputy chief of staff Stephen Miller, and Florida Sen. Rick Scott publicly shared their support for Bondi.
Scott described Bondi as a “dear friend” and a “fighter,” expressing prayers for her and her family.
Bondi was recently appointed by the president to an advisory committee on AI policy and is expected to continue her work with the administration.
