Super Falcons goalkeeper Chiamaka Nnadozie has been nominated for the Barclays Women’s Super League, WSL, Save of the Season.
Nnadozie was nominated for her magnificent save in Brighton’s 1-1 draw with Liverpool last November.
The 25-year-old tipped Fuka Nagano’s long-range strike onto the crossbar in the keenly contested encounter.
The shot stopper won the Save of the Month award in November 2025.
Manchester City’s Ayaka Yamashita, Leicester City’s Janina Leitzig, Arsenal’s duo Daphne van Domselaar and Anneke Borbe as well as Elene Lete of London City Lionesses are the other goalkeepers nominated for the award.
Nnadozie joined Brighton on a free transfer last month after severing ties with French club, Paris FC.
