Nigeria’s Flying Eagles will face Ghana’s Black Satellites, Togo’s Junior Sparrow Hawks and Burkina Faso’s Young Stallions in Group B of the WAFU B U-20 Championship, DAILY POST reports.
Cote d’Ivoire will host the competition from from July 26 to August 9, 2026.
The draw for the biennial tournament was held at the WAFU B headquarters in Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire on Wednesday.
Group A consists of hosts Cote d’Ivoire, Benin and Niger, with the three nations also competing for a place at the continental championship.
The Flying Eagles are expected to depart for the tournament next week Monday.
Abdu Maikaba’s side defeated Ghana’s Black Satellites 2-1 in the final of the last edition of the competition.
