Cameroon defender, Colette Ndzana has declared the team’s readiness for the 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations quarter-final encounter against holders, Super Falcons of Nigeria.
Tonight’s encounter will hold at the Larbi Zaouli Stadium, Casablanca.
It will be 14th WAFCON meeting between Nigeria, and Cameroon.
The Super Falcons have dominated this fixture, winning nine times in open play and another two on penalties.
Cameroon recorded one victory, while one other game ended in a draw.
The Super Falcons defeated the Indomitable Lionesses 1-0 the last time both teams clashed in the quarter-final of the 2022 edition.
Ndzana declared that they want to put an end to their poor barren streak against the Super Falcons.
“We want to break any existing barriers. We shall remain focused. We know that this is a quarterfinal.
“We are going into it with a great deal of humility,” Ndzana was quoted by CAFonline.
