The Institute for the Study of War suggests Russian President Vladimir Putin is being fed false information about battlefield successes, leading to an inaccurate perception of the conflict.
A drone attack in Russian-controlled Donetsk killed seven people and injured 11, hitting a passenger bus travelling between Moscow and Simferopol.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that Ukraine is short of weapons, particularly Patriot missiles, to effectively counter incoming Russian attacks.
Zelensky reported that Russia deployed over 70 missiles and 650 drones overnight, with an additional 100 drones on Tuesday.
He urged the United States to supply more Patriot missile interceptors, emphasising that continued attacks necessitate stronger air defence for Ukraine and Europe.
