Two men have died following an industrial accident at a farm on Cann Lane in Aston by Budworth on Thursday 26 August. Police were alerted at around 12.20pm.
Police, fire and ambulance services attended and found that two individuals had fallen into an industrial silage tank.
The men, aged 72 and 42, were rescued from the container, but despite the best efforts of responders, both were declared dead at the scene.
Next of kin have been informed, and an investigation is under way. The family has requested privacy at this time.
