Victor Osimhen has moved to third position on Galatasaray’s list of highest-scoring foreign players, DAILY POST reports.

Osimhen achieved the feat after netting a brace in Okan Buruk’s side’s 4-0 victory over Erzurum FK on Friday night.

The 27-year-old moved ahead of former Czech international, Milan Baros, who scored 61 goals for the club.

The Nigeria international has now registered 62 goals and 16 assists in 76 appearances for the Turkish Super Lig champions.

Osimhen is behind only Mauro Icardi (77 goals) and Gheorghe Hagi (72 goals) on the list.

The former Lille forward also recorded another impressive feat, becoming the first Galatasaray player since Mario Jardel in the 2000/01 season to score four or more goals across the first two matches of a Süper Lig season.
