The audio in Kai Trump’s video appeared to be altered, playing crowd cheers instead of the boos largely directed at Donald Trump by the NBA Finals crowd.
A source familiar with the situation indicated that the video with the modified audio was sent to Kai Trump, and she was not responsible for the alteration.
Donald Trump later stated that his reception at the game was “mostly cheers,” despite reports of significant booing from fans.
