Former Barcelona and Arsenal striker, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang’s new club has been revealed.

Aubameyang has returned to LaLiga to join newly promoted side Deportivo La Coruna this summer transfer window.

The Gabonese, who has played in the LaLiga before during his time at Barcelona, signed a two-year deal with Deportivo on Friday.

This is coming after reports emerged that Aubameyang has been frozen out of Marseille’s plans ahead of the upcoming new season.

The former Borussia Dortmund attacker joined Deportivo for a reported €1.5m.

Deportivo finished second in LaLiga 2 in 2025-26 and will compete in the Spanish top-flight league this season.

They will begin their LaLiga campaign against Elche at home on August 17.
