As reported by The Sun, Spurs have made a loan inquiry about the Ukrainian as they aim to bring him to the club.
Tottenham decided to go for Mudryk after they faced serious competition for their prime target, Iliman Ndiaye from Manchester City.
Mudryk is free to play football again after his drug suspension.
