Aston Villa have agreed a deal with Chelsea to sign Nicolas Jackson.
Sky Sports reports that it is worth up to £65m, which meets the Blues’ valuation of the striker.
Chelsea’s plan all summer has been to sell Jackson and Liam Delap.
Delap is on his way to join Nottingham Forest.

Atletico Madrid also want Jackson, but they may not be able to offer as much as Villa.
Jackson worked with Villa manager Unai Emery when they were both at Villarreal.
He spent last season on loan at Bayern Munich after Chelsea signed Delap to replace him.
