Liverpool legend, Jamie Carragher, has said the club needs to sign a right winger “desperately”.
The Blues have opened negotiations with Paris Saint-Germain for Bradley Barcola.
But Carragher is not convinced that Barcola is the player to replace Mohamed Salah at Anfield.
He also questioned why Liverpool are in the market for another left winger, when they have no options on the right.
“No, he plays on the opposite flank!” Carragher replied to a Sky Sports post on X asking if Barcola can be Salah’s replacement.
“LFC currently have three players who could play from the left in Rio/Gakpo/Wirtz & no one who plays from the right.”
