Motorcyclist caught speeding nearly 40 times on same road sentenced

  • Motorcyclist Barnaby Bowers-Hall was caught by a speed camera 36 times in just over two months near Penryn, Cornwall.
  • One incident recorded him travelling at 77 mph in a 30 mph zone, with a passenger on his motorcycle.
  • Bowers-Hall admitted to dangerous driving, driving without insurance and fraudulent use of a registration mark.
  • He received a four-month suspended prison sentence for two years, a 12-month driving disqualification and a two-month curfew.
  • Devon and Cornwall Police stated that Bowers-Hall showed a “complete disregard” for other road users, emphasising that speeding remains a leading cause of road deaths and serious injuries.
