Four-time Formula One world champion Alain Prost reportedly sustained a head injury during an alleged robbery at his home near Lake Geneva, Switzerland, earlier this week.
The incident, which occurred on Tuesday morning, involved several balaclava-wearing intruders who threatened the occupants and forced a family member to open a safe.
Swiss police have launched an investigation into the robbery, confirming that the perpetrators entered the residence while occupants were present and fled with stolen goods.
Despite an extensive search operation, the individuals responsible for the break-in have not yet been apprehended.
Reports indicate that Prost was “visibly shaken” by the “brutal intrusion” and has since left his home in Nyon.
