Top Gun and Jumanji star James Handy found dead as girlfriend’s son arrested

Actor James Handy, 81, was found stabbed to death in Los Angeles on Wednesday morning.
Police responded to a 911 call where the caller stated, “I am the son of man, I just killed the man of sin.”
Handy, known for roles in films such as “Jumanji” and “Top Gun: Maverick”, was discovered in his front garden with a chest wound and later died in hospital.
Michael Gledhill, 44, the son of Handy’s girlfriend and a resident at the home, was arrested on suspicion of murder.
Gledhill’s bail has been set at $2 million, and it is currently unclear if he has legal representation.
