Spiderman A Brand New Day Trailer
  • Tom Holland has revealed that plans for his successor as Spider-Man have been in development since 2021’s Spider-Man: No Way Home.
  • Speaking on the Happy Sad Confused podcast, Holland said: “It’s laid out. It’s gonna change for sure, but I have a really clear vision to the passing on of the baton, and I think it’s really exciting.”
  • Holland is reprising his role as Peter Parker in Spider-Man: Brand New Day, which was released in cinemas on 31 July.
  • Directed by Destin Daniel Cretton, the film follows Peter four years after No Way Home, living anonymously and investigating a new threat as his powers evolve.
  • Holland, who is the longest-serving live-action Spider-Man actor, previously told Esquire UK that he would like Adolescence star Owen Cooper to take over the role of Peter Parker.
