Todd Blanche slams Philadelphia DA over ‘disgusting’ White House ballroom remarks

White House ballroom will cost nearly $400m as Supreme Court allows work to continue

Attorney General Todd Blanche criticized Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner after Krasner suggested the White House ballroom will eventually be blown up.
Krasner called Trump “the embodiment of ignorance” and predicted that the newly constructed ballroom would be demolished in an official ceremony in 10 to 15 years.
Blanche denounced Krasner’s remarks as “disgusting” during a Fox News interview, insisting that construction on the event space will move forward.
The controversial White House ballroom expansion is estimated to cost at least $400 million and includes a military complex with an underground bunker.
Construction is proceeding after the Supreme Court issued a stay allowing the project to continue while facing a legal challenge from historic preservationists.
