Activist, Aisha Yesufu, has said that President Bola Tinubu should have been impeached a very long time ago.
Yesufu made this remark in a statement posted on her verified X handle on Tuesday.
She was responding to the National Assembly’s reaction to the delay in the implementation of the national budget.
DAILY POST recalls that Borno North Senator, Mohammed Tahir Monguno, had on Monday described as an ‘impeachable offense’, failure to implement the capital budget.
Reacting, the co-convener of BringBackOurGirls Movement said, “Start the process already.
“President Tinubu should have been impeached years ago.”
Recall that Yesufu had also slammed Nigerian senators, stating that they were the enablers of what she described as the ‘evil’ that Tinubu is doing in Nigeria.
