This storyline drew significant criticism from viewers and OnlyFans creators, who described its depiction of sex work as ‘humiliation’ and specifically highlighted scenes where Cassie wore dog- and baby-themed costumes.
OnlyFans creator Maitland Ward publicly criticised the show, stating that the portrayal of Cassie’s content was ‘beyond troubling’ and perpetuated negative stereotypes about sex workers.
