Chippa United recorded a 1-0 victory over Ravens FC in the semi-final.
The Chilli Boys then defeated Highbury FC 4-2 on penalities in the final after the game ended 1-1 in regulation time.
Nwabali recently returned to the South African Premier League club after terminating his contract five months ago.
The Nigeria international is expected to reclaim the number one goalkeeping position at the club.
Chippa United are preparing for the 2026/27 season.
