Russian ammunition chief ‘killed in car bomb’ outside Moscow

  • Damir Davydov, the head of the Russian defence ministry’s missile and artillery wing, was reportedly killed in a car explosion in Balashikha, Moscow region, with a second car bomb found elsewhere.
