This workout follows a previous controversial video earlier this year that showed Kennedy exercising with Kid Rock at the rapper’s home gym.
Kennedy, a leading vaccine skeptic, is in charge of the administration’s “Make America Healthy Again” initiative.
He has faced criticism from lawmakers, including Rep. Linda Sanchez, for his public health messaging and the use of taxpayer dollars for such videos.
Schwarzenegger, a moderate Republican, expressed his support for Kennedy as a friend despite policy differences, highlighting their long-standing relationship.
