Putin threatens UK over Ukraine’s ‘use of British drones’ in attacks

Moscow has threatened the UK with consequences following reports that Ukrainian forces used British-made drones to strike targets inside Russia for the first time.
Russia’s embassy in London accused Britain of deliberately escalating the Ukraine conflict and attempting to inflict maximum damage on Russia by proxy.
Ukraine has significantly increased its deep-strike campaign targeting Russian military industries, energy facilities, and major commercial depots to disrupt Moscow’s war effort.
The UK Ministry of Defence affirmed Britain’s firm commitment to equipping Ukraine for its self-defence and standing against Russian aggression.
The escalation coincides with heavy strikes from both sides, with long-range Ukrainian attacks killing seven people in Russia overnight and Russian strikes killing five civilians in Ukraine.
