Enyimba Chairman, Kanu Nwankwo has reminded the players of the requirements attached to representing the club.
Kanu said that part of the requirements as a player of the nine-time Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, champions is result.
The former Super Eagles forward boasted that Enyimba is a big club.
“The club is big, the players must be big and the result must be big as well,” Kanu told the players after Enyimba’s goalless draw against Akwa United in Uyo.
“The sweetest thing in Enyimba is result,” he stated.
DAILY POST recalls that Enyimba escaped relegation on the final day of last season.
The Aba giants will begin the 2026/27 campaign with an away clash against Niger Tornadoes in Minna.
