Natalie Portman has welcomed her third child, her first with her boyfriend, the French musician Tanguy Destable, according to multiple outlets.

The Black Swan actor, 45, gave birth to the child in Paris last month, according to People.

In photos published by Page Six, Portman was seen beaming while on a stroll in Paris, with Destable holding the baby in a carrier on his chest. The Independent has contacted Portman’s representatives for comment.

Portman has two older children, son Aleph, 15, and daughter Amalia, nine, with her ex-husband, the choreographer and director Benjamin Millepied.

The actor revealed her pregnancy in April during an interview with Harper’s Bazaar, calling it a “privilege and a miracle.”

Portman’s father is a fertility specialist, so she said she grew up “hearing about how hard it is to get pregnant,” adding that she’s had “so many people I love who’ve had such a hard time with it that I want to be respectful around that as well.”

She added that while fertility journeys are “such a beautiful, joyous thing,” they’re also “not an easy thing.”

“Tanguy and I are very excited,” she told the publication.

“And there’s a calm and knowing myself: who I want to spend time with, what kind of energy I want around me that makes the experience so beautiful every day. And knowing it’s probably the last time, I cherish every moment,” she added.

Portman, who lives in Paris, said she was spending the early stages of her pregnancy swimming and doing gyrotonics to keep strong and spending lots of time with her kids.

“I try and do some kind of physical activity every day,” Portman recently Elle. “I either swim or walk, and do gyrotonics. I’m still vegan. I take lots of vitamins. I try and sleep as much as possible.”

“There’s been beautiful spring weather,” she said, adding, “so it’s been pretty amazing to just walk in the incredible parks here and go see art. Just the usual things you do when you’re not working!”

She added: “In France, they consider full-term to be 41 weeks rather than 40, so I guess I get an extra week to be pregnant this time around.”

In July, Portman shared an Instagram post of her cradling her bump on a Paris balcony, writing in the caption: “Counting the days until we meet you.”

Portman has kept her relationship with Destable out of the spotlight since they were first linked in March 2025.

Destable, a music producer who goes by the moniker Tepr, was previously married to French actor Louise Bourgoin, who has appeared in the 2010 adventure movie The Extraordinary Adventures of Adèle Blanc-Sec and the medical drama Interns. They have two sons.

Portman moved to Paris in 2014 with her ex-husband and has resided there since she split from Millepied and filed for divorce in July 2023.
