Mohamed Salah guides Egypt to historic first World Cup victory

Egypt secured their first-ever World Cup victory, defeating New Zealand 3-1 on Sunday to move top of Group G.
New Zealand initially took the lead in the 15th minute with a header from Finn Surman.
Mostafa Zizo equalised for Egypt in the 58th minute, followed by Mohamed Salah scoring nine minutes later.
Trezeguet added a third goal for Egypt with a header from Salah’s corner.
The win boosts Egypt’s hopes of reaching the knockout stage, placing them on four points from two matches.
