A man has been rushed to hospital after being injured at a property in Aberdeen.
Emergency crews were alerted to the incident at Bedford Road in the city at around 2:40pm on Saturday afternoon.
Upon arrival the man was found to have been injured and was taken to hospital but no information is available on his condition at this stage.
Footage from the scene seen by the Record shows cops locking down the area, with a police car parked at either end of the road, near Interchange Retail Park.
Around eight police vehicles and at least one ambulance could be seen in the clip.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 2.40pm on Saturday, 1 August, 2026, officers received a report of a man having been injured within an address on Bedford Road, Aberdeen.
“The man was taken to hospital for treatment.
