A man has been charged after the ‘serious sexual assault’ of a teenage girl in Oban.
The incident happened at playing fields on Mossfield Avenue in the town at around 11:15pm on Saturday, July 25.
Cops confirmed a 25-year-old man has subsequently been arrested and charged and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal in due course.
Images show a cordon in place as forensics scour the scene.
