Man, 21, almost hits two ferries after passing out ‘drunk’ behind wheel of boat

• A 21-year-old boater, Skyler Cantrell, was found unconscious and reportedly intoxicated behind the wheel of his vessel in Steilacoom, Washington.
• Footage released by Pierce County Sheriff’s Office shows his boat narrowly avoiding two ferries before crashing into a rock embankment.
• Cantrell was ejected from his seat into the water but managed to climb onto the rocks following the collision.
• West Pierce Fire and Rescue officials rescued him, noting alcohol bottles littered on his boat and a strong smell of intoxicants.
• He was taken into custody for driving under the influence (DUI), and his boat was subsequently removed and impounded.
