Alannah Keyser — the Love Island USA cast member who was removed from the show after videos resurfaced of her saying the n-word — has broken her silence about her exit from the reality series.
“I’m coming on here to address some things that have been circulating online,” the 21-year-old said in a TikTok video shared Saturday night.
“I do want to begin by addressing the video of me singing along to a Roddy Rich song that contains a racial slur. I’m sorry to whoever has seen that video and been offended by it. That was never my intention,” she said.
She continued, “The video is from six years ago and that word is just not in my vocabulary anymore.”
Keyser was introduced during the June 21 episode as one of the six new girls brought in for the Peacock show’s famous Casa Amor twist. Hours after Keyser’s bombshell arrival, a 10-second undated video began circulating on social media that appeared to show her mouthing the n-word as she sang along to lyrics at a Miami party.

A screenshot of her allegedly using the n-word in conversations online was also widely shared, but Keyser said in the video that the screenshots are “falsified.”
“What has been shared does not reflect the truth,” she said. “It’s never been in my character to discriminate against anybody’s skin color. I do want to say directly that I do not support racism or discrimination of any kind. And I never have.”
During Thursday night’s episode of the show, Keyser made a brief appearance alongside her connection, Zach Georgiou.

However, after an ad break, narrator Iain Stirling announced, “Alannah has left Casa Amor.” No other details about her exit were provided in the episode.
Keyser said that when she found out that the video was circulating online, “it really broke my heart, and I couldn’t do anything about it.”
She continued: “This has definitely been a learning lesson for me, and it sucks that I didn’t get a chance to really show my personality and who I really am.”
The video then cut short, with text saying, “The video cut short but it’s always been in my nature to spread positivity and help others and I will continue to do so.”
