Lady Gaga has welcomed her first baby with fiancé Michael Polansky, according to reports.
The couple, who began dating in 2019 and got engaged in March 2024, have kept a low-profile in recent months.
But new images published by US publication Page Six show the pair on a walk in California with Gaga, real name Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, carrying a baby.
Before this, the “Abracadabra” singer had not been pictured publicly since August, when she stopped to take a selfie with a fan. Gaga finished her latest tour, the 86-date Mayhem Ball, in April.
The 40-year-old star has frequently discussed her desire to be a mother, telling the New York Times in March last year: “I’m excited to be a mom. I used to have a lot of apprehension about it.
“The thing that’s the most important to me is to not force my children to live a life that they are not choosing. So the more that we can give them space to discover who they are on their own, that’s the thing that I believe in the most.”

Gaga met entrepreneur Polansky, 42, at a friend’s birthday party in late 2019. The pair went Instagram official in February 2020, after being spotted at the Super Bowl together.
The singer then sparked engagement rumours when she was spotted wearing a huge diamond ring in April 2024, and went on to confirm that Polansky had got down on one knee in a video filmed at the Paris Olympics.

Gaga later opened up about the romance to Vogue, describing Polansky as “so smart and so kind”. “And his life and my life are very different,” she continued. “He’s a very private guy and he’s not with me for any other reason than that we are right for each other.
“But I think what I want my fans to know is that I’m just, like, so happy. I’m healthy.”
