The 2027 vice-presidential candidate of the Nigeria Democratic Congress, NDC, Rabi’u Kwankwaso, on Friday met with former Plateau State Governor, Jonah Jang. Kwankwaso met the ex-governor in his Abuja to celebrate his birthday and join him in commemorating the launch of his book.
The former Kano State governor wished Jang continued good health and many more years of meaningful service to the nation.
Recall that Jang was the governor of Plateau State from 2007 to 2015 under the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party.
DAILY POST reports that the ex-governor recently unveiled his memoir titled ‘From Airman to Politics: My Life’, on August 1, 2026, which coincided with his 80th birthday celebration.
