Nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo, stole the shine at the first birthday celebration of her grandson, Rakeem, which was held in Lagos on Saturday.
Ojo, who had initially joined her grandson for a photoshoot ahead of the celebration, became actively involved in the planning of the event as preparations gathered momentum.
The actress also acknowledged some of those who supported the celebration, including businesswoman Shade Okoya and actresses Lola Alao and Bose Alao, among others, for providing souvenirs for the children at the event.

The cowboy-themed birthday party attracted several celebrities, with stars turning up with their families to celebrate the son of Ojo’s daughter, Priscilla, and her husband, Juma Jux.
Among those who attended were media personality Toke Makinwa and her daughter, Yhemo Lee and his wife, Thayour B, and their son, actress Nkechi Blessing and her son, actor Kamo State, his wife and their daughter, as well as designer Veekee James.

The birthday celebration featured games and other activities, with Rakeem’s parents, Priscilla and Juma Jux, also joining in the fun.
Although the event was primarily organised for children, the presence of celebrities, music, dancing and games made it an entertaining gathering for both children and adults.

Ojo also attracted attention with her outfit for the celebration, which generated reactions from fans and followers online.
The actress later took to the dance floor with her son, Festus, further adding to the lively atmosphere at the event.
The celebration came after Ojo had shared several moments from the preparations and acknowledged the support she received from friends and associates.

The first birthday marked a significant milestone for Rakeem, with members of his family and friends joining the celebration in Lagos.
