Hamilton Park is set to welcome racegoers for two exciting fixtures this week.
Events on Friday and Sunday, May 15 and 17, will bring together thrilling racing action, live music and Scottish entertainment.
The fun kicks off on Friday when Scotland’s very own modern country covers band Glasville will take to the stage after seven thrilling races on the track.
The Precon Racenight marks the first Friday night fixture of the 2026 season, bringing a boot-stomping blend of country anthems, high-energy live music and a true festival-style atmosphere to the venue.
Expect cowboy hats, boots and a touch of Nashville in Lanarkshire as Glasville deliver a high-energy set packed with sing-along favourites, closing the evening in true country style and continuing Hamilton Park’s centenary celebrations as it marks 100 years of racing at its Bothwell Road home.
The attention then turns to Sunday with the return of the Sky Bet Sunday Series Raceday, offering a £215,550 prize fund and live coverage on ITV Racing. As the richest raceday of Hamilton Park’s 2026 season, the card features a strong programme of competitive racing, including high-value Class 3 and Class 4 races worth between £29,000 and £35,000, alongside a Class 2, 2-Y-O Novice contest worth £21,500.
Off the track, Sunday’s fixture will also celebrate Scottish culture, with a range of Scottish markets, traditional Highland dancing and live Scottish music throughout the day, perfect for a family-friendly day out.
