  • This is the scene in Boston as the Tartan Army party with USA fans ahead of our match against Morocco.

Thousands of fans have headed into the city centre for pre-match beers before our second Group C match kicks off at 6pm local time.

Many USA fans who had hoped to watch their game against Australia in the city’s fan zone joined our supporters in the nearby Union Street boozers.

Scotland fans sang Don McLean’s ‘American Pie’ as our hosts went took an early 1-0 lead.

And the two sets of fans soon sang ‘No Scotland, No Party’ as bagpipes echoed down the street.

Due to windy conditions, organisers are still preparing the fan zone. However, it is expected to open in time for the 5,000 ticketless supporters to arrive and watch us take on Morocco this evening.
