Fox News’ statement on Maria Bartiromo’s departure as she exits network after 12 years
- Fox News Media has announced that host Maria Bartiromo is no longer with the network after 12-and-a-half years.
- “Effective today, Maria Bartiromo is no longer with FOX News Media,” a press release said. “In making the announcement, FOX News Media said, ‘We thank Maria for her work over the last 12 1/2 years and wish her all the best on her next chapter.’
- Bartiromo is widely recognized as a favorite of President Donald Trump and has recently been linked to the vacant role of press secretary in the Trump administration.
- She hosted Mornings with Maria that aired on FOX Business Network, the last episode of which aired Thursday morning, as well as Maria Bartiromo’s Wall Street.
