Tonight marks the 70th Eurovision Song Contest grand final (Saturday, May 16) kicking off at 8pm British Summer Time. Britain’s hopes rest with electronic outfit Look Mum No Computer and their track Eins, Zwei, Drei, reports the Express.
This year’s Eurovision 2026 hasn’t been without its share of drama, as five countries, including Ireland, staged a boycott protesting Israel’s participation amid ongoing military operations in Gaza.
Viewers can anticipate a spectacular showcase of talent from across Europe and beyond, with Australia maintaining its decade-long presence in the competition.
From an initial field of 35 acts, the contest has been narrowed down to 25 finalists following two semi-finals held this week.
The Big Four – the UK, Germany, France and Italy – have secured automatic qualification thanks to their substantial financial backing of the event.
