Charity Dingle sank to a new low this week on Emmerdale, as she stole from her “family” and risked her son Noah Dingle’s futute.
Fans were left worried about the implications for Noah, as Caleb Miligan blamed him after a robbery at his depot. Caleb had given his nephew Noah the keys to the place to sort the electrics out.
But amid Noah’s mother Charity being desperate to pay off her blackmailer Dr Todd, Noah misplaced the keys. Charity had taken them, planning on stealing from the depot.
Noah had no idea, and when Caleb uncovered a theft had taken place, it was poor Noah who got blamed. Caleb accused him of being involved in the crime, before suggesting he was at fault for losing the keys.

Charity said nothing, as her poor son feared Caleb’s next actions. With Caleb furious, it certainly risks a feud with Noah, while also with Charity if the truth comes out.
Fans watching the scenes were not impressed with Charity for stealing from her son’s own relative. Not only that, but allowing Noah to face accusations and blame left viewers calling her out.
One fan posted: “Surely, it would have been easier for Charity to just ask Caleb for a loan instead of robbing his depot and allowing her son get blamed for it. She of all people should know better than to keep secrets in that village and/or pay someone off to keep schtum about it.”
Another fan posted: “Charity’s plan is terrible. Even if she’s able to steal from Caleb, everyone will easily put it together. They’ll all know she did it. Caleb is going to kill her.”

A third saddened fan said: “Noah getting the blame,” as a fourth added: “Poor Noah.” A further comment read: “Charity stealing the keys from her son’s pocket is a new low.
“And then, planning on robbing Chas’ brother is yet a lower low, especially after she promised Chas she wouldn’t.” A final comment from an angry viewer read: “I have zero sympathy or empathy for Charity.
“She created her own mess again, by cheating on her husband and building her life lie upon lie. Personally, I can’t wait for her big secret to come out, and of course it will, it’s a soap. It will be interesting to see who will still be Team Charity.”
Other viewers were sympathetic, knowing how desperate she was. It comes as an update from the soap about the storyline revealed that in devastating scenes, Dr Todd will sexually assault Charity.
