Ticketmaster has temporarily halted sales for Celine Dion‘s comeback concerts due to “suspicious activity” that blocked fans from securing their spots.
The Canadian star is scheduled to perform 10 shows at the La Défense arena in Paris from 12 September to 14 October.
Dion’s return to the stage, which she described as the “best gift of my life”, follows her diagnosis with Stiff Person Syndrome in 2022.
Fans have expressed fury after Ticketmaster paused the sale, branding the situation a “disgrace” after experiencing lengthy queues and being unable to purchase tickets.
Ticketmaster’s French account said their technical teams are working to prevent “bad actors” and “restart the queue as quickly as possible”, apologising for “the inconvenience caused”.
