Caroline Kennedy publicly honored her youngest daughter, Tatiana Schlossberg, for the first time since her death.
Tatiana, granddaughter of John F. Kennedy, passed away in December at 35 from a rare acute myeloid leukemia.
She had revealed her terminal cancer diagnosis weeks prior in a poignant essay she wrote for The New Yorker.
Caroline delivered the tribute during a speech at the annual John F. Kennedy Profile in Courage Award ceremony in Boston.
Tatiana’s brother, Jack Schlossberg, previously shared his profound grief, emphasizing his motivation to honor her by making the most of his life and supporting cancer research.
