The 2026 Nigeria Women Football League, NWFL, championship will hold in Calabar, DAILY POST reports.
The Championship brings together Nationwide division sides chasing elite status.
The tournament will serve as the promotion playoff to the NWFL.
It will run from Thursday July 9 to Thursday July 16, 2026.
16 teams will compete for two promotion spots to the top flight.
The three lowest-ranked teams will drop to the NWFL Nationwide division.
