El-Kanemi Warriors technical adviser, Emmanuel King, has expressed confidence in the team’s chances in the CAF confederation cup.
The Borno Army will face Guinea-Bissau’s União Desportiva Internacional (UDIB) in the first preliminary round.
El-kanemi Warriors will face Moroccan heavyweights Raja Casablanca in the second preliminary round if they scale through.
King believes that with hard work, dedication and support from the club’s faithful the team can improve on their performance in the CAF competition.
“We will go far in the CAF Confederation Cup, and with hard work, dedication, and the support of our fans,” King told the club’s media.
King also boasted that the team will secure promotion back to the Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, next term.
“Nothing will stop us from securing promotion back to the Nigeria Premier Football League next season,” he added.
