Allies of Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. are reportedly concerned he is being “marginalized” within the Trump administration.
These concerns arose after Trump’s latest Surgeon General pick, Dr. Nicole Saphier, was announced without Kennedy reportedly having significant input.
Saphier, a Fox News contributor, had previously criticized Kennedy and the administration’s warnings about Tylenol use in since-deleted social media posts.
An unnamed Trump adviser dismissed Kennedy’s “Make America Healthy Again” movement, calling it a “paper tiger” and “overrated.”
The White House, through Senior Deputy Press Secretary Kush Desai, denied that Kennedy is being sidelined, stating he remains central to Trump’s health agenda.
