ABC filed a First Amendment lawsuit Tuesday against the FCC, accusing the Trump administration of using regulatory actions to retaliate against the network and suppress its free speech, Deadline reports.
The lawsuit comes months after Trump’s attacks on ABC, including the network’s late-night host, Jimmy Kimmel.
